Commercial electronic message consent

I acknowledge that Rezervem Teknoloji Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Rezervem”), in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, related regulations and Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”), may send me commercial electronic messages using the name, surname and contact details I have provided, for campaigns, promotions, events, announcements, advertising, customer satisfaction and survey activities, via SMS, email, phone, WhatsApp and similar channels.

For the purpose of sending commercial electronic messages, I acknowledge that my contact details may be processed through email, messaging and communications service providers located in Turkey or abroad (including WhatsApp, Brevo, Mailchimp and similar providers) and may therefore be transferred abroad, and that I give explicit consent in this respect.

I acknowledge and declare that I may withdraw my commercial electronic message consent at any time free of charge using opt-out methods shown in messages sent to me, through the relevant channel or via the Message Management System (IYS); and that I may view and change my consent status on IYS.
